For the soul
Our balance as human beings is deeply connected to our soul. Too often we forget who we really are: we are a body, but we are, before anything else, a soul, a spirit, a form of energy. If we want to be happy, we can’t overlook our inner state, we need to take good care of it too; for this reason, in my officina I’ll also be by your side during this beautiful inner journey. In my blog you will find advice on how to apply some new strategies to be at peace, to tackle stressful situations, anxiety and other problems. I’ll suggest some practical exercises to get in contact with your deepest self. I know you’re “too” busy, so I promise, they’ll be quick but effective exercises, you’ll just need 15-20 minutes per day. Are you ready to change?
